With the deepest fervor, even the most uneven battle can be decided. This artwork depicts a mage wich last spell devastates both the landscape and the Titans alike.

This piece presented me with several challenges at once. One was the immense sense of distance between the foreground and the background. Another was the depiction of the Titan in the back—more specifically, conveying the force of its striking motion and the opposing impact of the explosion.

In the end, however, I believe I managed to overcome both challenges successfully.
