Monster Hunter is a fascinating game series that, in my eyes, shines through its intricate ecosystems and exceptional monster designs.

The first time I saw Gore Magala, I was immediately captivated by its unique appearance and the aura of danger it radiates as a threat to the ecosystem. With this artwork, I wanted to portray this monster as an uncontested force of nature. The silhouette of the wanderer in the lower right corner is meant to further emphasize how vastly superior this creature stands above humanity.

The colors are chosen to be predominantly emitted by the monster itself, with the exception of a small bluish light source breaking through the cloud cover in the sky.
